He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Rusnell and Mary Rusnell; his wife Elizabeth Willard; and his daughter Nila. He is survived by: his children, Noel (Sonja) and Ava (Dan); his grandchildren, Hunter, Gavin, Jenna and Megan; and his brother Ken.
