She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Hamill and Evelyn Hamill; her husband Eugene Sweeters; her children, Vincent (Nancy), Eileen, Linda and Danielle; and her grandchildren, Milo, Timothy, Damian and Carolyn.
Many of Mary's long-time interests included attending Saint Dominic's Church in San Francisco and supporting charity organizations, particularly Saint Anne's Home on Lake Street in San Francisco, as well as caring for her pet cats.
