He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Pena and Gloria Mixco; and his brothers, Morris Pena, Ricardo Pena, Roberto Pena (Beto), Armando Pena and George Simonson.
He is survived by: his children, Mario Pena, Anna Pena, Joseph, Bertolina, Alyssa Pena-Patterson and Olivia Pena; and his granddaughter Layla Alshuraidah. He is also survived by his great grandchildren, his nieces and nephews, and an abundance of extended family.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Duggan's Serra Mortuary (500 Westlake Ave, Daly City, CA 94014).
