He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Kuyper and Leona Kuyper; his sister Sharon Baird; and his close friend LeRoy. He is survived by: his siblings, Audrey Vangenderen, Doris Herbst and Kevin Kuyper (Patti). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
