We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2023, at the age of 32, John Anthony Bolander of San Francisco, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Albert Bolander Sr., Anthony and Patricia Bray; and his aunt Debbie Bolander. He is survived by: his parents, Albert Bolander Jr. of Jeffersonville, IN and Rose A. Bolander (Bray); his grandmother Mary E. Bolander of Louisville, KY; his siblings, Albert Bolander, Rose C. Licata (Josh) of Madison, NJ and Maria Stultz (Nathan) of Memphis, IN; his nieces and nephews, Sabrina, Jamie, Victoria, Mary Jean and Timothy Stultz; and his aunts, Pattie, Margie, Karen and Lynn.

In remembrance of John's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to the Bolander Science endowment at St. Xavier HS in Louisville, KY, Coltura nonprofit organization, Seattle, WA, or to medical research working towards finding a cure for the many diseases that currently need more support.
