He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kelly and Bridget Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Colleen; and his siblings, Tom Kelly (Barbara Anne), Kathleen DeZago (Marco) and Rosemary Kelly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
