He was predeceased by: his brother Sid; and his daughter Judith Gold. He is survived by: his friend Allen Ginsberg; his brothers, Robert and Eugene; his wife Edith Zubrin; and his children, Ann Gold Buscho of San Rafael, Nina Gold of San Francisco, Ari Gold of Los Angeles and Ethan Gold of Los Angeles. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
