He was predeceased by: his parents, Antone C. Souza and Maria E Souza; and his daughter Diana Souza. He is survived by: his wife Luana Provanzano; and his children, Frank Souza, Tamara Souza, Ramona Souza-Hill (Richard) and Michael Souza. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
