He is survived by: his wife Laura; his child Alexis; his siblings, Valerie Ughetta and Randy Ughetta (Karen); his mother-in-law Dorothy Cocozziello; his siblings-in-law, Vincent, Gail and Dorothy Ann; and his nieces and nephews, Ashley, Christopher, Jarrad, Bianca and Gabriella. He is also survived by three grandnieces.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked donations be directed to the Gift of Life Howie's House, 401 Callowhill St. Philadelphia, PA; is a home away from home for transplant patients and their families.
