He is survived by: his nieces, Lenore Yuki and Katharine Tamiko Kimura (Ryo Yokota); his nephew Thomas Kiyoshi Kimura (Lindsay Earnhardt); his sister-in-law Jeanne Diane Kimura; his uncle Masao Kimura; and his cousins, Joyce Kimura, Richard Kimura, Manabu Kamada and Miyuki Kamada.
