He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Alton Koch and Euretha Koch (Reth). He is survived by: his brothers, Rev. Robert Koch (Bob) and David Koch (Dave); his wife Linda; his sons, Scot and Chris; his sisters, Julie Koch and Bonnie Snyder (Charlie); his uncle Dick Meyer (Judy); and his aunts, Betty Hoy and Meta Walter. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
