It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter James Frandsen in San Diego, California, born in Hammond, Indiana, who passed away on August 26, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Niels Frandsen and Edna Smith Frandsen; his wife Lori; his children, Debi Leggat (Jeffrey) and Jimmy Frandsen (Linda); his grandchildren, Kelsey Leggat, Nicole Leggat, Kimy Pintea (Ray), Robby Leggat, Brianne Kingery (Travis), J. T. Frandsen (Lindsay), Ethan Frandsen, Jenna Frandsen and Eli Frandsen; and his great grandchild Lucia Frandsen.
