With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sy Ngoeun of San Diego, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 22, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Sy farewell, let us not mourn the absence of their physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of their spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Sy is not truly gone, but merely transformed, their energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Cypress View Mausoleum, Mortuary and Crematory (3953 Imperial Ave, San Diego, CA 92113). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
