She is survived by: her mother Theresa Knier of Saint Cloud, MN; her husband Charles Shapley of San Diego, CA; her stepdaughter Savannah Ortega (Mike) of San Diego, CA; and her siblings, Frank Knier (Mary) of Fargo, ND, Jeanne Knier of Navarre, FL, Mary Weber (Randy) of Ashland City, TN, Dan Knier (Barb) of Waite Park, MN, Chuck Knier of Bloomington, MN, Tom Knier (Lisa) of Burnsville, MN, Lisa Knier of Plymouth, MN and Paul Knier (Julie) of Big Lake, MN. She is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Star of the Sea Catholic Church (7669 Girard Ave, La Jolla, CA 92037). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Coyote Moon Grille (480 55th Ave SE, St Cloud, MN 56304).
