He was predeceased by: his grandmother Dorothy Mae Infinger. He is survived by: his children, Kolten, Cadence and Jaxten; his parents, Joyce Mae Clark and Robert Earl Perkins; his wife Abby; his sister Rhoshawnnah Gracie Clark; and his brother-in-law Jereon Hall.
