He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivian Page and Presley Walker Carr; and his siblings, Bob Carr and Ann Page. He is survived by: his wife Marianne O'Neil Carr; and his children, Andy Carr (Jennie), Becky Piening (Dave), Steve Carr (Julie) and Jon Carr (Kristen). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
