He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Miller and Shirley Miller; his stepson Gregory Martinez; and his sister-in-law Gayle Miller. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Miller; his children, Jacqueline Miller and Jason Miller (Shara); and his brothers, David Floyd Miller (Charlene), John Robert Miller and James Richard Miller (Jane). He is also survived by his ten grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Memorial Ceremony Date & Time (25301 Alicia Pkwy, Laguna Hills, CA 92653). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Miramar National Cemetery (5795 Nobel Dr, San Diego, CA 92122).
