He is survived by: his wife Sally D. West; his children, Allison Berry (Tom Berry) and Andy West (Tiki West); his grandchildren, Kate Wilhite (Eric Wilhite), Stuart Chapin, Nijole West, Anya West, Gracie West, Sammy West, Fletcher West, Ezekiel West, Desmond West and Casey West; and his great grandchild Eli Wilhite.
