He is survived by: his wife Christine; his children, Tyrone Beene (Deborah) and Diana Jones (Melvin, Sr.); his brother Eugene Beene; his grandchildren, JaNaya Eggert Dionne Franklin (Robert), Ondria Vicencio (Guillermo), Melvin Jones, II (Donisha) and Melissa Clinton (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Dominique Gallegos (Luis), Maurell Jones, Aijah Jones, Elijah Jones, Ava Vicencio, Naomi Vicencio, Ty Clinton, Myles Clinton, Alayjah Jones and Aliyah Jones; his great great grandchild Kamille Gallegos; his goddaughter Theresa Young; and his friend Calvary Baptist Church. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, a host of other relatives.
