He is survived by: his mother Pamela Nowlin of Sullivan; his children, Seth Nowlin of Pacific and Zoe Nowlin of Pacific; his siblings, Dean Nowlin of Union and Michelle Otten (Luke) of New Haven; and his nieces, Morgan and Alivia Guehne of New Haven. He is also survived by aunts; uncles; cousins; other relatives and many friends.
