She is survived by: her husband David Cook; her children, Matthew Cook of Ithaca, NY and Carolyn Cook of Rhinebeck, NY; and her siblings, Peter Wardenburg (Lorrie) of Novato, CA, Ellen Swanson (Lance) of San Rafael, CA, Carla Whitten (Andrew) of Scottsdale, AZ, Julie Jeffries of Roseville, CA and Michael Wardenburg (Lisa) of Novato, CA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends.
