He is survived by: his siblings, Roy Hawks (Pamela) and Elaine Becker (Hawks); his children, Cindy Garofalo (Frank), Susan Buchanan (Anthony), Sharon Hefley (Clyde) and Matthew Hawks; and his grandchildren, Patrick Casper, Holly Garofalo, Josh, Joey, Jordan Buchanan, Heather, Jason, Kyle Brown, Chris, Brian Hawks and Amanda Dove (Hawks). He is also survived by his sixteen great-grandchildren, three nieces and one nephew.
