He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Efficace and Guerrino Efficace; and his brother Giorgio. He is survived by: his friends, Brooklyn, Houston and San Diego; his wife Cheryl; his son Marcello Richard; his brother Marcello; his sister-in-law Franca; his niece Giorgia; and his nephew Andrea.
