He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Alevizon of Houma, LA and Sarah Alevizon of Anaheim Hills, CA; his brothers, Michael Alevizon (Carla Sloan Alevizon) of Portland, OR and Steven Alevizon (Lisa Lee Alevizon) of Houma, LA; his nieces, Kristen Alevizon Decell of New Orleans, LA, Stephanie Alevizon Daigle of Augusta, GA and Anna Alevizon (Bob Hernandez) of Houma, LA; and his nephew Zachary Alevizon of Houma, LA.
