She is survived by: her siblings, Gary Matsook of Daugherty Twp and Janice Bodley (Lane) of Doylestown; her nieces, Martine Vacar (Vaughn) of Columbiana, Laura Sonnentag (Michael) of Feasterville and Alyssa Bodley of Philadelphia; her nephew John Bodley (Lisa) of Hilltown Twp; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Caroline, Willow Sonnentag, John "JJ" Justus, Jr. and Cade Bodley; and her friends, Vicky, Theresa and Michele.

Donations may be made to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital.

I was matched with Marilyn a few years ago through our church group, Friends for Seniors, and I enjoyed talking with Marilyn periodically. Unfortunately, with life's busyness, I have failed as a good friend by not keeping in contact with her as frequently as I should have. My most sincere condolences. Prayers to all.”
