She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Cecil Starling and Virginia Starling; her significant other James McNelly; her children, Cara Lynn McNelly, Timothy, Tanner, Krista Perry (McNelly), Aaron Perry, Hudson, Weston, Remington and James Jr.; her siblings, Steven (Carol), William Starling (Danette), Cecile Walsh and Virginia Starling (Cheryl); her child Marinna; her grandchildren, Maxwell, Skylar Rice, Valkyrie "Rie" Breitenbach, Jacob, Meghan, Rebekah, Liam Quintero, Caleb, Emma, Eden, Ellie Schnurr, K. C. Mingo, Adam, Lilly Flores, Irelyn and Conner Shirley; her nephews, Tom Walsh, Jeff and Kevin Starling; and her niece Julie Elrod.
