It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Stanley Tomei of San Diego, California, born in Athens, Georgia, who passed away on August 22, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Conger Stanley and Thomas Pope Stanley; and her husband Felix Tomei, III. She is survived by: her children, Mary Tomei Anderson (Dale), Maggie Tomei (Charles), Tom Tomei (Karen), David Tomei, John Tomei (Lyn) and Joe Tomei (Edi); her grandchildren, Jason Anderson, Helen Anderson, Melissa Tomei (Mark), Kelli Tomei Maestro (Joe), Mimi Tomei, Andrew Tomei, Amelia Tomei and Joey Tomei; and her great grandchildren, Elara Tomei and Lyra Tomei. She is also survived by her six children, husband and mother, she enjoyed bird watching/bird.
