He is survived by: his daughter Thelma Winger of Shelton, WA; his grandchildren, Dale Wilson, Jr., Devin Wilson of Ft Worth, TX, Ian Thompson and Genesis Winger of Shelton, WA.; his siblings, Berthold Franklin Jr. of Florida, Anthony Franklin, Alfreda Reed of Austin, TX and Billy Franklin of Goliad, TX; and his niece Yvette Galimore of Riverside, CA. He is also survived by family members and friends.
