He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Carter and Grace Carter of Yuma, AZ.; his brother Ray Carter of Yuma, AZ.; and his wife Earlene Carter of San Diego, CA.. He is survived by: his siblings, LaVern, Earl and Kay; his children, Lesile Kramer (Scott) of Casa Grande, AZ., Brian Carter (Joy) of Yuma, AZ. and Leah Laing (Donald) of Spring Valley, CA.; his grandson Chad Kramer (Katie) of Casa Grande, AZ.; and his great grandchildren, Ava and Zoe Kramer of Casa Grande, AZ.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
