He was predeceased by: his wife Colleen Winegeart; his daughter Linda Smith (Mike); and his siblings, Blane Lowe, Ollie Lowe, Gene Lowe, Roy Lowe and Dorothy Cowart.
He is survived by: his son John Earl Lowe (Pam) of Pampa; his brother Christal Lowe; his grandchildren, Ollie Lowe of Pampa, Shana Vaughn (Keith) of Waxahachie and Michael Smith (Jennifer) of Keller Texas; his great grandchildren, Ashley Vaughn, Cody Keith Vaughn, Byron and Beau of Keller, Texas; and his great great grandchild Nash Cooper Vaughn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
