He was predeceased by: his parents, Gregorio Acfalle and Rosa Acfalle; his former wife Lourdes Sablan Acfalle; his siblings, Jose, Juan, Ana, Frank and Ephrain; his son-in-law Pete Taisague; and his granddaughter Brittani Acfalle.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Ken, Frank and Lorraine; his spouse San Diego; his daughter Yvonne "Bonnie"; his grandchild Spouses; his great grandchildren, Kenneth, Anissa Acfalle, Jorden, Kimberly Acfalle, Kennedy, Eleanor (Baby), Alyssa, Richard Duenas, Napu, Iokepa, Makahna (Baby), Aysia, Raylene Acfalle, Matana, Atoa and Pomaika; and his sibling Roque Acfalle.
