He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Campbell and Virginia Campbell (Minasian); and his significant other Gloria Campbell (Castellanos). He is survived by: his children, Karen (Mike), Kelly (Travis), Kristi (Adolph) and Greg (Carol); and his grandchildren, Ian, Kieran, Keith, Angela, Ashtin and Carli.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
