He is survived by: his wife Barbara Wolter; his children, James Hartung, Jr. of Lemon Grove and Kathleen Williams of San Diego; his granddaughter Abigail Williams of Brooklyn, NY; his sister-in-law Sharon Coleman of El Cajon; and his nephews, Bill George (Matt Johnson) of La Mesa and Robert George of El Cajon.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Central Congregational Church of La Mesa (8360 Lemon Ave, La Mesa, CA 91941).
