James Loos Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 24, 2022, at the age of 92, James Loos of San Diego, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Emmet Loos and Mabel Agnes Mannion; his sister Mary Agnes Brown; his brother-in-law John A. Brown; his brother Robert Edward Loos (Bob); his siblings-in-law, Margaret (Peg), Richard Leroy Johnson (Dick) and Rosemary Johnson (Jeffreys); and his son-in-law Richard G. Magarian (Rick).
He is survived by: his friend Richard Martin (Dick); his children, James E. Loos II (Jim), Margaret M. Magarian (Peg), Stephen V. (Steve), Anne M. Loos, Joseph R. (Joe) and Paul D. Loos Callan (Skye Callan); his grandchildren, Chris McCaw, Nicholas J. Magarian, Thomas J. Magarian, Christopher R. Loos, Brian A. Loos, Johnnie M. Callan and Braige B. Callan; his sister-in-law Dorothea Loos (Rochinski) of San Diego; and also Richard Johnson (Dick). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and many wonderful friends.
They traveled back and forth between Washington and California, and went on numerous cruises together, until the onset of the pandemic in early 2020.
