She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Woznak and Doris Woznak; her siblings, Elaine Hinnenkamp and LeRoy Woznak; her niece Nancy Hinnenkamp; and her nephew Tom Hinnenkamp.

She is survived by: her son John Skurkey of Oklahoma City; her sister Renee Dziubinski of San Diego; and her nieces and nephews, Kimberly Dziubinski, Joseph Dziubinski, Michael Dziubinski, Linda Anderson, Michelle Hurley, Steve Woznak, Mark Woznak, Charles Woznak, Patrick Woznak, Amanda Dewey, Katie Crowe and Kelli Cornell.
