He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Daniel Burke and Rose V. Burke (Vinci); and his nephew Michael D. Uyeda (Nicole). He is survived by: his daughter Patricia V. McQuay (Dave); his sisters, Patricia C. Berzins (Gunars), Kathleen F. Evans and Toni A. Ellex; and his nephew Anthony J. Evans.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Clairemont Mortuary (4266 Mt Abernathy Ave, San Diego, CA 92117).
