She was predeceased by: her parents, Sixto Altares and Gloria Altares; and her sisters, Lorena, Aurora and Baby Altares.

She is survived by: her husband Renato Del Rosario; her children, Joan, Renato Jr. and Christi-Lynn Del Rosario; her grandchildren, Jaren and Jocelyn Del Rosario; and her siblings, Estring Macalma, Sammy and Rene Altares. She is also survived by fourteen nieces and nephews.
