He is survived by: his parents, Beatrice Lowe and Clifton Oliver On; his godfather Nathaniel Reed; his daughter Ezarelle Kelly; his stepfather Craig Lowe; his sister Akeisa Lowe; his cousins, Calvin Kelly (Jessica), Tremaine Foster (Monique), Tashiana Foster (Tyson), Tia Kelly, Timothy McPherson Jr., Carissa McPherson, Jamar Lyons and Alyssa Cerda; and his nephews, Malia, Tae, Zyro, Knox, Kenna, Tremaine Jr., Makaio, Treysen, Meilani, La'Shaya, Kaelani, Leilani, Kiele, Levi and Stephon. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
