She is survived by: her husband Douglas Madlock; her children, James Douglas Madlock (Sharon) of Jerseyville, IL and Sandra Anniece Root of Aztec, NM; and her grandchildren, Jamie Lynn Madlock, Kimberly Ann Madlock, Michelle Marie Madlock, Douglas Brian Madlock (Tara), Tyler Ryan Root and Sarah Nicole Root. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
