She taught us to respect others and to be humble and stand your ground. She was an OBGYN nurse and worked the grave yard shift for years, but she was always home for us kids in the morning and evening. She helped coach many of the kids in the community and was very well respected and honored by many. She will not be forgotten and will always be remembered for her love of family, crafts, genealogy and always trying to keep the family United. I miss you mom and I know you are in a better place. Blessings and much love and I will see you again.

Your oldest troublemaker and headache. Haha one last laugh. Love you mom and thank you so much for making me. Thelma Vann from Eure , NC, wrote on Apr. 19, 2023. Carolyn was a true Southern lady and will be missed by all who knew her. I grew up with Carolyn and her family ...same school. same church and same community.

I went to school with her brother Howard and was a close friend with her sister Peggy so we were almost family with her family. She would visit her brother Wallace and I see her in Wal Mart and we would get a laugh about her long trip just to go to Wal Mart . She was one special lady . Carolyn Copeland from Hobbsville, NC, wrote on Apr. 19, 2023 We always enjoyed having Carolyn in our Sunday School class when she visited with Roxie. She was a sweet lady, and I know she will be missed by many. « ‹ › » 1 / 10 Obituary Photos - Me and my mother.
