She was predeceased by: her parents, Opal and Harry. She is survived by: her husband Allyn of Church's Wesley Foundation; her children, Karen (Scott), Deborah (Michael) and David (Angie); and her sisters, Audrey and Barbara. She is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

No service is planned, but donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association (http://www.alz.org) in Carol's memory.
