He was predeceased by: his former wife Barbara McIntyre; his parents, Audie Price and Vivian Sutherland Price; and his brother Mike Price. He is survived by: his wife Ecco Price of California; his sons, Jason of California and John Michael of California; and his siblings, Patty Widner of Wytheville, Sharon DeBord of Marion, Col. Raney Price of Georgia, Pete Price of Marion and Dr. Gary Price of California. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
In his retirement, Lee worked tirelessly in acts of charity.
