He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his brothers, Grady L. Jacobs Jr. of Amelia Island and Joe M. Jacobs of Plano, Texas; his daughters, Jennifer L. Jacobs of Norco and Kristen L. Stephen of Murrieta, California; and his grandchildren, Daniel J. Varney, Morgan Anderson and Kadie DiCarlo.
