He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne Maiullari; his son Corey; his stepsons, Chris Faxon (Suzie) of Chicago and Michael Faxon (Jamie Kistner); his grandchildren, Olive, Patrick and Ivy Faxon; his brother Dennis (Lori); and his niece Danielle.
