She was predeceased by: her sons, Paul Mook and Gregory Mook; her parents, John Smithmeyer and Esther Smithmeyer; and her brothers, Jack and Richard.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Townsend-Smith (Rod Smith) and Robert Mook Jr. (Milana Dezube); and her brother Paul Smithmeyer. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
She supported the Wounded Warriors, Boys Town, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) organizations. In leu of flowers, donations can be made to these organizations or any of your choice.
