He was predeceased by: his parents, Rafael Velazquez and Rosa Caudillo. He is survived by: his wife Rosa Maria Velazquez; his daughters, Nicole and Katherine Velazquez; and his siblings, Juan Velazquez, Pedro Velazquez and Margarita Velazquez of Mexico.
