She was predeceased by: her husband Leno Tabacchi; her parents, Thomas Worthy and Ellen Worthy; and her siblings, Jimmie Frachiseur, Linda Teal, Ann Worthy, Thomas Worthy and Luke Worthy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lee Plotts, Greg Plotts, Lynn Canning and Pat Canning.
