She was predeceased by: her parents, Ina G. Starnes and Ernest Ray Starnes; her parents-in-law, Gladys and Samuel Shafer; her brother Don Starnes; and her son-in-law Lyn E. Wiley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Jo, Kathleen Ann and Terri Jean (Rodney Walzel) of Conroe, TX; her husband Stanley E. Shafer; her daughters, Cindy Wiley and Kathy Goodell of Gering, NE; her grandsons, Dustin (Randi Wiley) of Bird City, KS, Darin Wiley (Taylor Armstrong) of College Station, TX, Landon (Tiffany Goodell) of Hollywood, MD and Austin Goodell (Hali) of Newnan, GA; her great grandchildren, Alexis Goodell of Hollywood, MD and Weston Wiley of Bird City, KS; and her sister-in-law Shirley Starnes of Yuma, CO. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and great friends.
Memorials maybe made to Baby Bear Hugs, Cardiac Rehab ~ Wray Community District Hospital, and Alzheimer's Association.
