He is survived by: his wife Maria Eugenia Chavez of San Clemente; his children, Carlos Chavez (Jessica) of Murrieta, Beatriz Chavez (Rodrigo) of Virginia, Salvador Chavez (Melissa) of Arizona and Lourdes Chavez of San Clemente; his grandchildren, Beatriz Chavez of Virginia, Aryanna Chavez of Arizona, Arianna Chavez of Virginia, Isabella Chavez of Murrieta, Nicolas Chavez of Murrieta, Salissa Chavez of Arizona, Alyza Uribe of San Clemente, Zanya Uribe of San Clemente, Carlos Chavez of Virginia and Kaylani Uribe of San Clemente; his great grandchildren, Alex Ochoa of Virginia and Evan Ochoa of Virginia; and also Jalisco. He is also survived by husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, friend.
