He is survived by: his children, Deb Madden (John) of Greenwood, Indiana, Bubba Arnim (Caryn) of Matagorda, Texas and Juge Smith (Bud) of Aliso Viejo, California. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
